insidethebox built Paradise Found's Shopify store and runs its organic growth and email marketing, from the brand's first day to an offer on Dragons' Den.

Paradise Found is a skincare brand from Piraeus that names every product after a destination: Mornings in Maldives, Mermaids of Cyclades, Hawaii's Glow Juice. We have worked with it since its first day. The store's design and the photography on this page are not ours.

Challenge

Paradise Found went on sale in August 2024 with five products and no customers. It needed a shop to sell from, and a way to find its first customers and bring them back.

The range has grown since, to 24 products today, ten of them added in 2026, along with a limited edition, bundles and gift cards. Every new product has to reach the people who already buy from the brand, and the people who have not found it yet.

Store

We built the store on Shopify. The range is sorted into face, body and lips, with best sellers, new arrivals, bundles and a sale alongside, and a quiz called Matchmaker recommends products by skin type and concern. Product pages carry customer reviews.

Orders ship across Greece and to Cyprus, to a BOX NOW locker or to the door by ACS courier, with free shipping on orders over €60 in Greece and over €100 in Cyprus. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

The store carries Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics tracking, which stays off until a visitor accepts cookies, and its catalogue is connected to Google Merchant Center.

Growth

Our side of the marketing is organic growth and email. Visitors join the mailing list, Paradise World, from a pop-up or the footer, for exclusive content and sales and a discount on their first order. The store links to the brand's Instagram and TikTok, and its latest Instagram posts run along the home page.

Outcome

The brand now sells beyond its own store. Five shops stock the range, in Athens, Piraeus, Korydallos, Astypalaia and Trikala, a wholesale page invites retailers and distributors, and orders ship to Cyprus as well as Greece.

We have been with Paradise Found since the day it had no customers. It has since received an offer on the Greek edition of Dragons' Den.
