Terms of use

Last updated

These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

This site is run by insidethebox, a digital product agency based in Athens, Greece.

You can reach us at mail@insidethebox.dev.

Using this site

You may browse the site, read and share its content, and use its forms to contact us. Please don't:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others
  • try to disrupt, overload or get around the site's security or rate limits
  • send false details, or someone else's details without their permission
  • use the forms to send spam or advertising

We may block access for anyone who does.

The content is for information

Our case studies, insights, service pages and course descriptions are general information. They aren't professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. We try to keep them accurate and current, but things change, and we may update or remove any content at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, illustrations, animations and videos on this site belong to insidethebox or the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. Please don't copy substantial parts or reuse our visuals without written permission. We also publish plain-text versions of our pages (llms.txt and .md files) so people and AI tools can read them. The same terms apply to those.

Downloads

Software offered for download, for example on a case study page, is provided as is and without warranty, under any licence terms that come with it.

Messages, quotes and calls

  • Sending a message or a quote request doesn't create a contract. A quote we send isn't binding until we both agree the work in writing.
  • Booking a call reserves a time in our calendar for a short introductory conversation. Either of us can move or cancel it.
  • Any work with insidethebox is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

The AI course sign-up

  • Applying for a seat in the AI course is an expression of interest only. It isn't a booking, a reservation, an order or a contract, and it doesn't commit you or us to anything.
  • Applying doesn't guarantee a seat or a start date. The seat table shows where things stand and may change.
  • The course details shown on the site, such as the content, schedule, class size and platform, may change before a class begins.
  • If a class goes ahead, we will confirm the start date and everything else with you first. Any enrolment will be under separate terms that we agree with you before it begins.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, insidethebox isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from being unable to use it, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or affects your rights as a consumer.

The site links to other websites, such as our clients' live sites and the sources we cite. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown, is the one that applies.
